No. Most of our customers are at work while we clean. You can let us in, leave a key or fob, or arrange a lockbox or concierge handover. If you would rather be there for the first visit so you can walk us through the place, that is completely fine.
Eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets, and we bring all our own equipment. If you have allergies, a sensitive surface such as natural stone, or a product you would prefer we use, tell us and we will work with it.
